We are home almost all day, every day, so your pet will never be alone. I homeschool our son, and my husband works from home. Your pet will have ample opportunities to play outside in our 1/2 acre back yard.

Our neighborhood is very quiet with houses situated on ~acre lots. We have neighbors with dogs, but they usually just run over to the fence to say hello and then go about their business. In our home, your fur-babies can roam freely, and they will have access to our 1/2, partially shaded, completely fenced-in back yard as often as they need. If your dog is one who prefers walks, our peaceful neighborhood has lots of places to explore; there is a nice park 1/2 mile away where they can sniff around where all of the turtles and ducks like to hang out. Pups who stay with us overnight are welcome to stay in their crate (if that's what they prefer), anywhere in the house, and, likely, on one of our beds.

Please let me know if there are any special needs or behaviors we need to account for. Our girl is pretty chill, but if your dogs need time alone to get comfortable with our home we can separate them to begin with. Since we're new to Rover, we are starting with small and medium dogs but look forward to welcoming dogs of all sizes in the near future.
A typical day
We will match the needs of your fur-babies with play, snuggles, potty breaks, meals and anything else they might need. We like to stay active, so if outside play is their thing we're happy to accommodate. We've got chew toys, balls, frisbees, and even a little "splash pad" for them if water makes them happy!

Pet care experience
We adopted our first pups in 2004 and cared for them for 18 pup-snuggled years. During that time, and since then, we have rescued, fostered and adopted animals of all kinds to include chickens, ducks and a pig named Kevin Bacon! Currently, we're home to Guinevere, the mild-mannered, 6 year-old rescued mutt. We do have an 11-year-old hooman "puppy" who is just as loving and respectful of animals as we are. We will love and care for your fur-babies as if they were our very own.

Digna and Joseph provided updates and were helpful to our anxious 9 year old that fears thunderstorms and a variety of sounds. Her anxiety is expressed by barking and running around. They were patient and understanding. Love that they are home with my aging pup. Digna is very expedient in her communication. Would definitely recommend!
I 😘 the family that took care of my Canine companion. They noticed that Scout had itchy ear and notified me and he's been doing great.i would 100% use them again. You will not be regretful in choosing them to care for your furry child/ren.
Digna and Joseph took excellent care of our Jack Russell while we were away. They spent a lot of time making sure he had plenty of exercise, love and attention. I would book with them again and highly recommend them as kind , loving pet sitters.
My husband and I can’t express enough just how pleased we were with the Love and care the whole family provided watching our boys Stormy and Sunny. From the first initial meet and greet we had with Digna, I knew our boys were going to be in great hands and that I had no need of worrying about them! We immediately connected with one another. As soon as we had left them with their family, she already sent us pics and videos of the boys making themselves at home. It was very comforting and she continued providing us with updates along with pics/short video clips of them during our 4 day getaway. We highly recommend Digna, Joe and their son if anyone is looking for a reliable sitter who will definitely take good care of your furbaby and treat them as one of their own pet. They were loved on, played with and happy boys when we picked them up! What more can you ask for 🥰 Thank you Digna, Joe and to their son for taking such good care of Stormy and Sunny! We will definitely be using you as our sitter for any future getaways we will be taking.
