I have more than two years worth of experience lovingly caring for pets through Rover and many years doing so for friends and family. I've lived around dogs my whole life, and I love cats too! I will follow your instructions to the letter and make sure to give your pet all the attention they need. I'll make sure to respect your home and leave it just as I found it.

Diego watched our dogs for the last couple days of a long international trip. One of our dogs is a rescue with trauma/anxiety special needs and takes a long time to warm up. She needs meds 3 times a day and has a long list of peculiarities. Diego was extremely attentive and patient during our meet and greet, making every effort to understand her needs. Diego was upfront that he didn’t have a ton of experience with anxious dogs. This normally might be a red flag for me since Stella’s issues aren’t ‘JV’ level dog sitting, but I found his candidness actually reassured me and made it easier to communicate freely and make certain we were well matched. Turns out he’s a natural! Diego also came for a visit the day before his stay just to make sure the dogs felt more comfortable when he came to stay. Lastly, when our flight was delayed almost 4 hours, Diego even came over for an extra visit to make sure they weren’t alone too long. Diego was wonderful to work with. Don’t hesitate to book him!!

Diego did a great job taking care of our pets. He was in constant communication with us about how they were doing and alerted us to any issues as soon as they occurred.

Schedule
I am currently on Summer beak, so I will be available pretty much every day at more or less any time. My schedule may be changing some time soon, but for the foreseeable future, I will be completely free.
