Programa
I work from home for a tech company, I am always home and doing things around the house. When I do leave my home it is only two miles away to the grocery store or to the gym.

I make sure the pets are all hydrated and occupied. Feeding them and cleaning up before and after walks. Play time is always in safe enclosed areas if needed.
Un día normal
Walking in or taking a jog and playing catch in the yard is really good health wise. I have even played fetch with cats. Also giving them individual time to make sure they get the proper care.
