In my life, there is nothing more enjoyable than taking a nice walk with my pup, or sitting in my backyard with a furry companion. Unfortunately in 2018 I had to say good bye to my dogs Houston and Maddie. I’ve always had animals and am always happiest in their company but I enjoy the flexibility of an empty home as my kids live abroad and I visit them often. This is why Rover is a perfect fit and it’s also why your pet will feel at home with me. I have a home with a backyard that was designed for dogs. When your dog or cat comes to stay with me I can assure you that they will be given the love and care they deserve and I will offer you the peace of mind that you need to enjoy your time apart. I do ask that for any arrangement, we first meet to make sure it’s a right fit. I know that every animal comes with their own personality, good and bad. I’m patient, caring, and have never met a pet that I don’t instantly love. I am comfortable giving oral medications when needed and I have also cared for cats that have needed subcutaneous fluids. These will need to be pet dependant and we can chat through these details when we meet. I’m looking forward to meeting your four legged family members and spending time with them over and over again!

Dianne is always so great with our special needs cats. She takes amazing care of them and is so kind. We never worry when they’re with Dianne. In fact, this last time my male cat went hiding under her bed when he heard us coming and didn’t want to leave! 😹
Dianne was amazing! She took great care of my dog very attentive and welcoming. He is often anxious but he felt safe with her.
Dianne’s home and backyard are beautiful and clean. We had no worries leaving our pup with her and he appeared happy and comfortable in her homey environment. She was responsive and kept us up to date. We will definitely book with Dianne again in the future!
I can’t recommend Dianne enough! She took such amazing care of my dog while I was away and gave me complete peace of mind. She was kind, attentive, communicative, and clearly treated my dog like her own. I got regular updates and could tell my dog was so happy and comfortable with her. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring on Rover!
I highly recommend Dianne. She clearly was concerned about taking good care of my two dogs - a senior Bichon at 16 years, and an energetic 4 year old toy poodle. Her house was clean and safe with a fenced backyard so they could go out side and play. Dianne was very flexible and open to our requests including with regard to our Bichon and his eyesight and mobility issues going up and down stairs. She took our dogs out on their walks and tried her best to help them settle in and feel at home at her place. Piece of mind is everything for us when we travel and must leave our boys in the care of others. Thanks so much Dianne!
Awesome experience. Dianne was able to take our Golden Retriever Bella last minute. She was great with her - Bella had a great time. Dianne’s house is perfect for animals. Our spoiled doggie slept with Dianne in her bed and was treated like one of the family. Her backyard is great for playing ball and outside time. Bella enjoyed her time with Dianne a lot. We were greeted by a happy doggie who was tired so we know she had a great time!! Dianne kept us updated throughout the stay with pictures and updates. Would definitely use Dianne again.

A typical day
My favourite park in Winnipeg is Kings Park. I walk there everyday. My home also has a park in the front yard and I back onto a school yard. There is no shortage of great spaces for your dog to explore.
