Pet care experience

Vet Student | Seniors & Medications

Hi! My name is Dianna, and animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am currently completing my Veterinary Assistant training through Pima Medical Institute and have hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs. In addition to professional pet sitting, I have experience administering oral medications, monitoring diabetic pets, assisting with insulin routines, providing SubQ fluids, and caring for senior pets who need extra patience and attention. I understand that every pet is different. Some want long walks and play sessions, while others need quiet companionship and a consistent routine. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I provide detailed updates, photos, and communication throughout every visit so you can relax knowing your pet is receiving attentive, reliable care. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, elderly, or has medical needs, I would love to meet them and help provide the care they deserve.

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. As a Veterinary Assistant student, I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, activity level, and any changes that may indicate a health concern. I strive to keep pets on their normal routines and provide a calm, low-stress experience while you’re away. I respect every client’s home as if it were my own and provide detailed updates and photos throughout each visit so you always know how your pet is doing. I am experienced with senior pets, medication administration, and caring for shy or anxious animals that may need extra patience and understanding.

Diana took great care of Truffle in our home overnight. She was professional and communicative, and our pup was happy and energetic when we got home.

Dianna was excellent with my 10-day post-op angry scared-y cat. Nigel was recovering from surgery and still needed medicine while I was away. He was stressed to be left alone and gets upset and aggressive when he is handled, but Dianna met him on his level and was very patient with him. She helped him get comfortable with her at his own pace and didn’t force him. She even managed to get him to take his medicine! Dianna was very communicative through all of it and let me know about Nigel’s struggles and successes throughout the weekend. I would absolutely recommend Dianna!

House Sitting • juin 16, 2026

Dianna was hands down the best house sitter we’ve ever had. We needed someone to care for our husky, Lilo, while we were out of town for several days, and Dianna exceeded every expectation. She was incredibly attentive, reliable, and communicative throughout our trip. Every day, she sent detailed updates and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Lilo was happy, safe, and well cared for. When we got home, Lilo was excited to see us, but it was obvious she had formed a special bond with Dianna. In fact, we think she was a little disappointed it wasn’t Dianna walking through the door! That alone speaks volumes about the care, attention, and love she provided. We would recommend Dianna without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and exceptional house sitter.

I have trusted Dianna to care for my senior dog several times over the past year, including walks and pet sitting while I was away. She is reliable, communicative, and always takes the time to make sure my big boy Spinach is comfortable and well cared for. I especially appreciate the updates and photos she sends during visits. It’s clear she genuinely cares about animals and pays attention to their individual needs. I would happily recommend Dianna to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter.
