I love and care for pets as my own.
Aloha, I care for your pet in your home at this time. I am mature and active. I have experience from senior pets, to premature baby furry ones. I can administer meds, and meet whatever your pet needs. Please check out my reviews! Your pet is on vacation, while with me, as I am here for their comfort, and enjoyment, (and yours too.) We take walks, according to your dog’s needs. Car rides too! I love and train puppies also, and other teaching needs. I have 30+ years of experience, fostering, loving, and being a pet parent, for 50 years. I have experience with puppies, through seniors, and know how administer medications. I also, love and enjoy cats, and other furry, or feathered friends, from goats, chickens, and pet rabbits. I have 2 very sweet 8 & 9 lb, mixed dogs of my own, that go everywhere with me, and love all other dogs and cats. Correction, now only one old small sweet old dog. I host according to your wishes, and your pets needs. My experience and training include: Animal Behavior College, and multiple training, or “teaching” courses. I have worked as a volunteer with the Maui Humane Society, and HARF, and feed, help TNR, with various colonies of Maui's cats. I also transport pets to the vet, and the airport as needed. I use only positive techniques. Mahalo Dee I am retired and home most days. I always try to keep my schedule open, and your pets well being first. I am available most days, and nights. I have a nice ground floor condo, with a grassy yard right outside. I keep the sliding door open for fresh air, and they can look outside. It is secure. My home is best for small or older dogs. I do have 2 older rescue cats, that are very used to mellow dogs. I also have an older Jack Russel mix, who is extremely friendly. I prefer to sit dogs at their home if possible,

Great sitter, will use again.
How great was this host. This was a very last minute need due to family emergency on mainland. Georgie was so happy when I got home so I know she had a fantastic time with the other dogs and really enjoyed the large back yard. Daily pictures and I could not be happier. Outstanding sitter!!
She took perfect care of my cat while I was away. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such loving and responsible hands. She kept everything clean, followed all instructions carefully, and gave my cat so much attention and care. I could tell my cat were happy and comfortable when I returned home. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter. Mahalo so much!
What a amazing pet sitter. I would highly recommend her she was very good to my dog. She sent me videos and pictures every day. I felt very at ease on my trip that was out of country. If there was an option to give 10 stars I would have gave her 10 stars.
D is awesome. She has taken care of our dogs on three multiple day trips allowing us peace of mind that when we are off island our dogs and home are in good hands. You can’t even tell she has been at the house. We will continue to ask D to stay at our home and watch our pups without hesitation. I think the dogs are excited to see her and hate to see her leave.
Thanks Diann for taking such great care of my 14 year old pup! We will definitely contact you again for another doggy vacation.

I am retired, and very active, and spend much of my extra time volunteering for all animal advocacy causes, especially here on Maui and Hawaii.

I have one sweet service dog that is about 13, who is a comfort dog to others, both people and other pets. He loves them all l, just like I do.

We can walk down a cool grassy lawn, covered by trees. That’s for potty time. It’s best to take longer walks down to a park and beach at Kamaole 3, if it is the cooler time of day. We can take rides to the beach, or a park, or anything you and your pet needs and wants. There is lots of room to play on a large grassy area. As always, your dog has the run of the house. .
