Mature, energetic, and caring
I grew up always having a dog as the family pet. I've been a volunteer at the Humane Society, helping to socialize, reinforce positive behaviors, and walk / exercise dogs. At HSSV, they train volunteers to read dog body language and to recognize stress to keep the dogs feeling safe and comfortable. I love to walk almost as much as young dogs do and want to help them get the exercise they need. I also enjoy petting dogs while reading and will give them a lot of affection when they sit next to me. I'll be enrolled in classes and unable to get to my phone during certain hours and I don't answer texts in the late evening or early morning. If I don't get back to you quickly, it means I'm not able to use my phone at the particular moment you made the request.

Diane was prompt and responsive, Rufus loved his daily walks with her! I will definitely use her again when we are traveling!
Diane is a kind person and very respectful of the home, leaving everything exactly as she found it. However, I’d recommend her primarily for 'low-maintenance' pets. Her approach is very much about the essentials—feeding, water, and short walks—but she is not a high-engagement sitter. I received only two photos and no status updates during the stay, and there was very little play or bonding with my dog, Manny. If your pet requires a lot of affection, interactive play, or if you prefer frequent communication while away, she may not be the ideal fit. She is a reliable choice for the basics, but not for dogs that need a strong human connection.

Baloo had a good walk!
Diane has been coming to walk our two huskies for about a month now, and she has been fantastic! Trustworthy and responsive, and Diane handles our huskies' mischief without any trouble. When we book her to walk them for a whole hour, we come back home to tired-out dogs. So glad to have found her as our dogs' walker!
