Booking with Diane was a last minute request, and it was perfect. We were so lucky to have found her! We’re in Chicago for the weekend, and didn’t foresee that my dogs wouldn’t deal well being by themselves in the hotel room. Since my oldest dog gets a lot of anxiety in traditional boarding settings, I needed what Diane offers. The experience was like taking my dogs to a friend’s house to look after them. Diane was in the same area we were staying, communication was great, and she only takes one dog or pack at the time, which was ideal for the needs of our dogs. Our dogs are velcro dogs and Diane had good strategies to help ease the separation on the first day, the second day we dropped them they were happy to see her again. To my surprise they were calm when I picked them up, she even had to tell them “she’s here for you” so they would come to me. If we are back in Chicago, we will book again with you. Thank you so much for taking care of them Diane!

Diane was incredible. I went on a 5-day trip and left my two dogs with her again. She kept me updated the entire time with photos and messages, took them on walks at quieter hours since they’re reactive to other dogs, let them sleep in her bed, and even brushed their teeth. This is the first time I’ve picked them up after a trip and they weren’t stressed at all. She even took them to the beach! It was truly the best experience I’ve ever had with a dog sitter. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Diane was amazing. I have two small Maltese dogs with separation anxiety, so I was very nervous about leaving them. From the moment we met, she made me feel at ease. She welcomed them into her home and went above and beyond to make sure they felt comfortable, safe, and confident. It was a wonderful experience, and I could tell my dogs were happy and well cared for. I’m already booking with her again for future stays. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Diane by her daughter, who I met through Rover over 10 years ago and have become great friends with. Diane watched my two chihuahuas, Bruno and Birdie, when her daughter couldn’t and now I book with Diane as well. She has a great apartment on the beach, works from home, and takes such good care of my dogs and sends me photos and updates regularly. Bruno is currently on a lot of meds that he sometimes refuses to take and Diane welcomed the challenge. Highly recommend!

Diane loves small and medium dogs. She is a great caretaker and enjoys spending time with them. She lives right by the beach so it's like your dogs are on a beach vacation!
