If you are looking for a reliable, high energy level, highly responsible, and personal individual who can quickly build relationships with pet owners while providing over the top dog companionship, I believe I would be an excellent candidate. My background includes providing walks or runs, care, medicine, and dietary support for pet owners while they are away at work, vacation, or when I have a foster dog. I have excelled at handling up to 5 dogs on a leash and caring for blind and deaf dogs. I have earned neighbors’ trust and loyalty, resulting in being repeatedly requested to personally care for their pets at the owner’s home. When walking dogs I can rest assured I will put the dogs safety above all else while maintaining local laws about curbing and cleaning up. A little background about me. I am originally from Atlanta,GA with a Colombian background and I moved back home to Gwinnett County in June 2021 when I got a job as an Epidemiologist for Emory University My undergrad is in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Savannah State University. and my Master's degree is in Public Health in Epidemiology. In addition, I am in the Air National Guard (ask about military discount!) part-time at the 165th ANG in Savannah, GA . I always love taking dogs on a run which keeps me fit and in shape to my current PT standards. My availability are most weekends ( I have Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat where I share my passion for taking care of dogs. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way to senior dogs. Your average day with your dog will consists of having a lot of toys to play with, walks or runs, dog parks, loving, selfies, and watching tv or movies. And I always try to teach a dog a trick or two. I do have a full time job. I am available to drop in before 8am and after 5pm. I will be available during the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) this year 2021. I will keep dogs leashed at all times if you are requesting walks. I will keep my full attention on the animals if I am doing any drop-in visits. I will update everything in the rover app.
