Unfortunately I would never trust Diane L. with my pets nor my home again. I am actually traumatized from the experience, both as a pet owner but also as a veterinarian, that someone who claims to care about animals would show such little regard for their well being and behave so negligently. I hired Diane to watch my pets and home for 6 days over the holiday. I came home to find the house filthy and smelling awful. I found my 2 year old pup lying in his kennel on a soaked mattress that reeked of urine. There were dried feces caked to the sides and back of the kennel, as well as on the rugs in the bedroom and as paw prints down the hallway. The litter boxes were filled with poop, dry, hard stools that were days old and clearly hadn't been cleaned recently. When I reached out to Diane L. and asked what happened, she told me my dog had diarrhea and that it was an accident. My dog has never soiled himself in the kennel, even as a puppy, and he can go 5 hours easily in a kennel without issue. For there to be urine soaked into the wood floors, the closet, hamper, etc, this was clearly a case of my dog needing to go and no one to let him out. So not an accident, but negligence. There was no other explanation or response from her other than saying that she did not realize that cleaning was a requirement of the job. Shameful, embarrassing actually. I was planning on giving her a generous tip since we have a large home and we recently adopted kittens that I hadn't added to my profile yet. Instead I spent 2 hours cleaning the entire house, bathing my dog because he smelled so bad, and the next day I hired a professional cleaner. I threw out several rugs, hamper, dog mattress. Thank you to Rover for the refund. I will be much more selective in my future choices for pet sitter.

We were so lucky to have Diane caring for our dog aquarium pets, and home for our 10 day vacation! She shared lots of updates and patiently won the dog's heart. She even worked on some training goals!

We are lucky to have Diane take care of our lab Angie. Angie is not an easy customer with some behavior issues but Diane handled them all perfectly.

Diane was wonderful! great with Taco and Moo, always making sure they got their walks in and were happily fed. I particularly appreciated her prompt communications and picture updates??would highly recommend

They often care for my animals when I’m away and do a fantastic job doing so. They’re respectful of my space and often treat my animals as well as I would if not better.
