Our dog Buddy is a rescue and has huge seperation anxiety, so we have only ever left him with people he knows and feels comfortable with, but we recently moved and this is no longer possible. It was a really big thing for us to leave him with a stranger, but Diane suggested coming to meet Buddy before the day and it eased any worries we had. Diane was so good on the day and whereever Buddy went in the house or Garden, she went too so he knew someone was always there. She sent us lots of pics and reassuring texts, which meant we could actually enjoy our day out. Diane is calm and kind and Buddy was very happy when we got home,
Diane has looked after my little corgi Ellie many times and I've always been thrilled with her care. Communication is fantastic and photo updates were always provided so I knew she was in good hands. Ellie has some reactivity issues and Diane was happy to adjust to her needs, I'll no doubt be sending Ellie back to her the next time we need dogsitting.
diane is a very caring women with a huge interest in animals of all kinds. she is very prompt and responsible and no stone left unturned when it comes to care. she is very fun and full of joy all whilst being very professional
