Information Diane H. would like to know about your pet
The only exception I have to my Basic Boarding Fee of $42 per 24 hours is if you only need me to sit for your Pup/s for ONE NIGHT ONLY then the nightly boarding fee is $44 (Non holiday fee) for the first Pup. The reason I do this slight increase for One Night Only is Because I am home full time and only take One Family's Pet/s at a time. I also add a small fee of $3 each day for daycare and each night for Boarding for pups 65 lbs and over. For pups 90 lbs and over I charge $4 per night. No Pit Bulls or Rotties Please even though I know they are loyal to their owners and love their owners. Please No Aggressive dogs that have a habit of biting that has nothing to do with just playing... I want to know your dogs normal daily and/or overnight routine so your fur babies stay here will be as close as possible to their at home routine which as a result reduces stress and separation anxiety. I will also do a Meet and Greet before any pet sitting job so we and your pups can break the ice so to speak and become acquainted with one another! Also my husband loves dogs and enjoys caring for them along with me!
A typical day
I also want Pet Owners to Know that even though I sit for only One Owner at a time I can pet sit for you if you have up to 3 dogs since they are use to being together all the time..I have done boarding for multiple dogs from the same family when needed..We have a pond and trail walk in our subdivision which I love to walk. It is a 1/2 mile track around the pond.as well as a huge park within 2-3 miles of our home.. Playing Catch or Frisbee to give them exercise if that is what they have fun doing..or just getting on the floor playing with them and playing tug of war with their favorite toy..or a ride in the car with the windows down if their owners feel good about that...We live in the back of our subdivision so the streets I walk dogs on are relatively quiet,little traffic and walkable distance(1/4 mile) to Hurst Park/pond.

DOG BOARDING AND DOG DAY CARE/DISNEYLAND FOR PETS! Dogs that are loved will show love and as a result are happy dogs.. Loving dogs means giving them the attention they deserve and need which is easy to do when you simply love dogs. I will take up to 4 dogs at a time only when they are from the same family since they know each other and are use to being together. I grew up with Springer Spaniels,Beagles, Doxies, After Marriage we had an Australian Shepherd/ Sheltie mix for 13 years and taught her many tricks within 9 months time. Later our daughter gave us their 2 year old Yellow Lab and had him for 11 years.We also helped take care of our daughter and son in laws King Charles Spaniel for about 7 years.Years ago I also decided to volunteer to sit for our friends dogs from church as well as neighbors and others around town and I did not charge anything for years because I just love dogs and wanted to bless them by not charging..About 5 years ago I decided to go into the pet sitting business for myself and all pet sitting jobs came to me by word of mouth /recommendations from friends..Mostly I wanted to just help out my friends/family who knew I loved dogs and spoiled them like our own children/and our grands..One friend called our home Disney Land for Pets. LOL..I have taken care of toy breeds,middle size dogs like Bull Dogs,Terrier breeds,Border Collies, Schnauzers Pomeranians daschounds, the gentle giant Great Danes and Great White Pyrenees..and others.. Most of the dogs I have taken care of stay thru day and overnight for days or up to 2 weeks at a time..We have a dog friendly home...if the breed is small enough they can sleep on the foot of our bed. I am home full time and we have a Fenced IN Backyard..Because I love dogs it is natural to want to play with them,keep them happy and have fun with them.but most of all spoil them just like a grandmother does with her grands...I have the time, energy but most of all desire to do what I love. I am one to watch them like a hawk and for extra security I will never leave them outside by themselves even though we have a fenced in backyard because those dogs are loved like children/family and people trust me to keep them safe and secure..just like a toddler needs constant safety so do our loved pets! I have always been an independent pet sitter for friends/family etc but want to branch out for a season so that is why I have signed up with Rover.. Also I will only sit for one family's dog/s at a time to give them undivided attention..All I Can Say is that when you entrust you dog with me he/she will be safe, loved,played with and catered to according to what they are use to when at home...I want to keep the routine they are use to at home and do the same in our home so their stay will be as stress free and pleasant as possible...Dogs always know when someone loves them!!!..Blessings I am a full time pet sitter and I do not have any other job so I am able to give your pup/s plenty of time love security and attention. I sit for only one family at a time to ensure safety, individual love and attention. We also have a nice fenced in backyard for safety.

Diane was so great with our Bailey! She sent lots of videos, pictures, and updates which put us at ease while we were traveling! I could tell Bailey was sad to say goodbye at the end! I would highly recommend booking Diane!
Diane and Jerry were so good with Morgan's first time to be with a sitter. The videos and pictures you could tell she was very comfortable and happy.
Diane and Jerry were wonderful. We cannot express how grateful we are that our pups were so well taken care of. We received videos everyday and messages from Diane. It definitely put us at ease to know our babies were having so much fun and made themselves at home immediately. We’re so glad we found Diane on Rover.
