I have taken care of many dogs from puppies to seniors. I love to be outside so they can play fetch or just relax in the outdoors. I have many year’s experience with all animals. I have a big fenced in yard and a doggy door.

We were *very* happy to find Diane and John for a 10-night stay when we found out on short notice that the sitter we booked months ago was no longer available. They have a great setup for their own three dogs, they only take in one dog at a time, someone is usually home, and the dogs are allowed to sleep wherever they are comfortable. This is exactly what our Beagle is used to; and having 3 sweet dogs (all age 14) to socialize with was something she needs to do more often. Diane and John obviously love and take great care of their own dogs. Highest recommendation! We will certainly book again whenever our regular sitter is not available.
Our dog was treated like one of Diane’s own when he stayed with her. She did everything to help make him feeling comfortable and at home.
Mrs. Diane was great with my baby Sheeba. This was her first time away from our family. She really enjoyed herself. I got pictures and videos of her stay. I will definitely book Mrs. Diane again.
Our dog had a wonderful experience with Diane. She is super caring and attentive to the dogs and sent us lots of cute pictures. I was relieved to find a sitter available who treated my dog just like she was at home. My dog is used to lots of love and attention and Diane definitely provided that. I will 100% rebook in the future if she's available.
Hello - When Diane asked me to write a referral letter for her for Rover I was happy to do that because she truly is wonderful with animals and has a loving heart when it comes to them. She has cared for my animals in the past and they were so well cared for. They were fed timely and all their needs met. I have trusted her with my fur babies and I would tell anyone that is considering having her care for theirs that they can have total confidence in her skills, her compassion and her sense of responsibility.
Diane watches my dog everytime I am out of town. Immediately you can tell she truly has a deep passion and love for all animals.

Schedule
I am retired. I am home mostly all day. I also have a large fenced in yard with a doggy door. It is very easy for a dog to learn how to go in and out of.. My husband is also retired. He also loves dogs and is home a lot. We are both retired school bus drivers for the Niskayuna School District. We are part of the Retired Teachers Union. We have had to pass a background check, random drug and alcohol testing and DOT physicals. We also have 3 dogs of our own. 2 little Dachshunds and a yellow lab. He was a rescue and so was one of the dachshunds. They are all 12 years old. Your dog will love staying with us.

A typical day
I have a big backyard. I like to play fetch or throw a toy to chase and burn off energy. They usually run around with each other and chew a toy or bone. And suntan lol. I will take your dog for a walk if that’s what he/she likes. They will get a lot of snuggles.
