I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember! Some of my earliest (and happiest) memories are with my Maltese, who truly was my best friend growing up. I was with her through every stage of life—raising her as a puppy, caring for her as she grew older, and loving her all the way to the very end. She taught me patience, kindness, and how to care for dogs of all ages. More recently, I raised a husky puppy (the sweetest, goofiest, most gentle soul!), which gave me the chance to freshen up on my puppy experience. Beyond dogs, I’ve cared for all sorts of animals—cats, hamsters, mice, fish, parakeets, sugar gliders, hermit crabs, and even chickens. I’m a huge animal lover through and through, and I’ve always surrounded myself with furry, feathery, and scaly friends. I often joke that I should’ve gone to vet school instead of medical school because of how much joy animals bring me! Your pets truly become my pets when they’re with me. That means walks, potty breaks, playtime, snuggles, and plenty of love. As a dog mom myself, I know how important peace of mind is, so I’ll send at least two picture/video updates a day to show you how well your baby is doing. My motto is: if you’re going to do something, do it with your whole heart—and that’s exactly how I approach caring for animals. I live in a spacious 3,336 sq ft home with a large, well-maintained backyard perfect for playtime. Fresh, filtered water is always available and replaced every few hours to keep things clean and cool. We also keep three big toy bins (rotated seasonally!) to keep pups entertained, and if your furbaby is staying with us over a holiday, we love to make it extra special for them so they feel right at home. Consider my home your pet’s home away from home—and expect them to be loved and spoiled every step of the way! 🐾💛
