I've been a dog lover all my life. I can't remember a time when we didn't have at least one dog. I wish I could have them all! Our current pack consists of a beagle, and a black Lab. My girls, Ivy, and Millie, are currently registered Therapy Dogs, working with the children's charity Reading With Rover. They help kids learn to read! I am experienced in potty/crate/bell training puppies. I am certified in canine first aid and CPR, and have experience administering oral, topical, and injectable medications, and sub cutaneous fluids. My specialty is geriatric and special needs/medically fragile dogs. Every dog that stays with us is spoiled and loved as if it were our own! Cuddles on the couch? It's sort of a requirement in our house! Every dog gets a massage each day adjusted to their specific physical needs. My back yard is fully fenced and covered in clean cedar play chips so, no mites, fleas, etc., they hate the stuff! In warmer weather, we break out the bone-shaped pool for the pups to play in. Drop off/ pick-up hours are 7:00am - 9:00pm.

Schedule
I work from home, so I'm usually here all day. My "real" job is as a seamstress and I have a studio in my home. When my husband is home, he loves to "help" with the dogs, which means he spends most of the time playing and cuddling with them!

A typical day
Your dog's care will be tailored to their age and ability. Every dog gets a daily massage and tons of cuddle time. Out door play varies upon the weather. Agility equipment is set up and the dogs are encouraged to use it for physical and mental stimulation.
