At this time I don’t own any pets, so yours will have my undivided attention. I’m located very close to multiple dog friendly parks so they can safely get their play and exercise time.

Let me know if there are any special needs or behavioral issues I need to know about ahead of time. I do live on the third floor of my building without an elevator, so they will need to be comfortable walking up the stairs or being carried.
A typical day
I am open to meeting the dog’s needs where they are. If they prefer to chill out at home, I’m happy to let them be a lap dog. For those who have more energy, I’m always open to a long walk, playing with toys or exploring one of the parks in my area.

Pet care experience
I was the primary care giver for my dog (a bulldog named Emma) for most of her life. I am experienced in all that comes with dog ownership including walking, feeding, playing and whatever other crazy demands may arise! As a current volunteer at Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter, I assist with cat/puppy socialization as well as cattery and kennel cleaning. This gives me a chance to learn about different breeds and personality types.

Diana is extremely caring and kind. She has plenty of experience both owning a dog and as a volunteer at an animal shelter. I would undoubtedly trust her to care for my pet if I was away. She also works for the US District Court which is not possible without passing a rigorous background check. Someone would be lucky to have Diana watching over their pet.
