I am only available in the summer months (early June to mid-August. Non-summer months may be considered for overnight pet sitting.) If you need me for dog walking or playtime, I can come any time during the day. If pet sitting is needed, I would love to have your furry friend at my house which has a fenced-in yard. I only service Northbrook and some of the surrounding suburbs.

Our home is very dog-friendly as we had two of our own for many years. We are huge dog lovers so will take wonderful care of your pet(s) and treat them as our own!

Let me know if there are any special things I need to know about your pet! Because I will be available in the summer when I am off of school, I will have the entire day to devote to your pet(s). I know it's important to keep your pet's schedule while you're away, so please be rest assured that I will be able to walk, feed, and play with them at the same times they are used to every day. Having had two of my own dogs, I know that they can have their own special likes and dislikes that are unique to each individual pet. I want to know what kinds of things your pet loves to do (favorite toys/games) but also if they have any special fears to take into consideration. I always want your fur babies to feel safe and loved when they are under my care!
A typical day
I am free during the day all summer and would love to take long walks with your dogs and play in my fenced-in yard with them! When we are inside the house, I will snuggle with your dog and spend time playing with them so that they are stimulated and happy!

Are you looking for a dog walker or pet sitter for the weekend or for this summer? I am currently an elementary school teacher and would love to spend my time sharing my love of animals by taking special care of your furry family member! My family had two amazing dogs-a cockapoo & a poodle mix rescue from Wright Way Rescue- but had to very sadly say goodbye to them when they were both 15 years old. That was in 2020 and 2021. We decided to wait a few more years until we rescue another dog, so in the meantime, I would love to help by taking care of yours! I am only available in the summer (I am also possibly available on the weekends for pet sitting or dog walking), but during these summer months, I am available to walk or pet sit (in my home or possibly yours) and spend a lot of time with your furry family member. I remember how difficult it was to find a reliable and responsible sitter, especially when we went out of town. I am very flexible, so even if you need someone at the last minute, please reach out! I want you to know that I will treat your dog as if it were my very own!
