Diana is a wonderful sitter! She conducted a very thorough interview during our meet and greet to take the best care of my cats. I heard from Diana at least twice a day and she took lots of great videos and photos! Will definitely book with her again!

I can't say enough great things about my experience working with Diana! I have two cats. Kitty is 18 years old and very set in his ways. He also has health concerns (CKD, HBP) and requires medication and even required a planned trip to the Vet. My other cat, Mezzy, is lovely but wants constant attention. She is very competitive with my older cat so balancing out how much attention each cat gets can be tricky. Diana managed this beautifully. She is a thoughtful care-taker who understood each cat so well. I have worked with sitters in the past who ignored my older cat resulting in dehydration and lost weight but this time, Kitty was beautifully hydrated and maintained his weight! Usually, Kitty won't eat or drink when I am gone. Though Kitty did not readily take water from Diana when holding the bowl for him like I do, she cleverly placed water bowls near where ever he was sitting. The result was that he chose to drink on his own and stayed hydrated the entire time I was gone. I am so relieved to have found someone who understands Kitty's medical needs and his quirky personality! Diana also gave Mezzy all the attention she craved without alienating Kitty. That's not always easy. I am so appreciative of all the care and attention she gave to each cat. She set herself up for success with a preliminary visit and by asking the best questions. She created a google doc that she shared with me so that I could add to it prior to her visit and provide her with as much information as possible. I was concerned that I was offering to much detail and too much advice but Diana always took everything I said as useful information and applied it to help the experience go well for both cats. Diana is very professional. She is a person who understands her role as a role of service and she is committed to doing an excellent job!! I highly recommend Diana as a pet sitter for pets of all ages!!

We felt so comfortable with Diana taking care of our cats while we were away! One cat is a very social guy who loves people, and she spent time every day playing with him and his favorite toy. Our other cat is shy, but Diana made sure to get photos of her even as she hid under the bed! Diana’s communication is outstanding—she also sent photos and a video daily. Will definitely book with her again!

Diana did a fantastic job with Mugsy! During our two week vacation seeing daily updates with video of Mugsy being played with, cared for, and obviously being affectionate with her let me enjoy my time without worrying about him. He seems just as healthy and engaged now as when I left. I will definitely rebook!
