Pet care experience
Walks, Naps & Belly Rubs on Demand!
With over 15+ years working with animals, I understand how hard it is to be away from your pets — and how much they mean to you. That’s why getting to know each dog’s individual needs is the first thing I focus on, before anything else. Every dog communicates differently, has different comfort levels, and settles in their own way, and I take the time to learn that instead of assuming one routine fits all. I currently have my own fur ball - a Samoyed — daily grooming, sensitivities to food, and plenty of agility work to keep her fulfilled as a working breed. Caring for her has taught me just how much a dog’s happiness depends on meeting their specific physical and mental needs, not just the basics. Having owned dogs of all sizes over the years, from small to medium breeds, I’ve learned that a high-energy working dog needs something completely different from a laid-back senior — and I adjust my care accordingly, whether that means extra playtime, a quieter pace, or sticking closely to a special diet or routine. My husband and I both work from home, so your dog becomes part of the household, not just a guest. I love the outdoors, so there’s always room for a walk or an adventure with a furry friend by my side.

Diana was amazing with my dog Stella. It was first time for my puppy to be boarded and I know she had the best time with Diana. I was worried that Stella wouldn’t want to come back from her place :) they took her for a walk, to the river and Stella had amazing time with Diana’s dog too. I really appreciate all the loving they gave my Stella.

Diana was amazing with our big guy! It was his first time being "sat" by someone, and she took extra special care of him while sending plenty of photos and videos to keep me updated. Will definitely be using her again!

Our puppy enjoyed being a part of your family! Thank you so much for watching him. I loved all the videos- but my FAVORITE was the Easter egg hunt with dog treats:)

With Diana being a loving “Parrotant” (parrot parent) and fur baby mother I have seen first hand her firmness and kindness. She’s put in countless hours into training for her pets and countless more into providing the best and most well rounded diet for them. Without she will be a loving pet caregiver!
Diana is one of the most amazing and caring people I know, and I’ve seen her as a mom, teacher and pet sitter. She knows just how to calm our fairly skittish deaf chiweenie, who can be extremely clingy to us, but she always takes a peaceful, gentle approach with him and he just goes to her! Diana is 1 of the only people he will do that with! She really loves animals and knows how to care for them. She is an active person, so where she goes, you know a dog isn’t far following her on her hike, snow play, waterfall climb, wherever she may go! I trust her with my dog, kids, and my life!
Coco needs lots of love and attention. Diane was patience nd helped him adjust. Sent us lots of pictures and kept us updated everyday. Looking to have coco stay with her family again when we head out of town.

Schedule
Since I work from home, pet care isn’t squeezed into a rushed morning or evening — it’s woven throughout my day. I take breaks to check in, play, and go for walks, so dogs get consistent attention rather than long stretches alone. Feeding times, walks, and rest periods stay on a steady schedule, and I’m always nearby to notice if something seems off. It also means I can stick closely to a specific routine or diet your dog is used to, without any guesswork

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Dogs need more than just love and attention — they need real stimulation, both physical and mental. A tired body isn’t the same as a fulfilled mind, and every dog’s needs look different, so I treat that as part of their care, not an afterthought. There are no kennels here — dogs have free roam inside my home, plenty of space to relax and play, and constant updates so you always know how they’re doing
Pets
A typical day
I keep things varied so every dog stays engaged, not just tired. That includes daily walks, backyard playtime, tug-of-war and fetch, puzzle toys and enrichment games for mental stimulation, and one-on-one attention throughout the day. For higher-energy or working breeds, I can incorporate agility-style activities to help burn off that extra drive. And since my family loves the outdoors, there’s always room for an adventure or extra exploring if your dog enjoys it too.
