Loving home & large fenced yard!
Hey there! We are Jesse and Diana and we live in the heart of Cary with our teenage daughter, 9 year old black lab mix Delta, 5 year old whippet Skadi, and 4 year old chihuahua Pepita. We also have two cats, Steve and Max who are 12 and 8 and are great with all dogs. Sometimes I think Max is more of a dog than a cat! Our dogs are good girls (spayed) and absolutely love to play! We have about a half acre fenced back yard that they can run freely in to get out all their zoomies. Both of our dogs are fully vaccinated and on flea & tick medication. We have had dogs all our lives and they have always been an important part of our family. We have experience with training certified therapy dogs as well. Our golden retriever, Molly was actively involved in working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients as a certified therapy dog. She passed away last year at 14 years old. She was a good girl. We understand all dogs have different needs and we will be extremely accommodating. Additionally, we work from home so your dog would never have to be alone. Remi and I went to Diana and Jesse’s for a meet and greet. (I’m one of those crazy overprotective dog moms). After 10 minutes of being there I knew this was a good place for Remi. He felt calm and at home at their house. When it was time for his stay Diana made sure to find out what his normal routine was so he would feel more at home there. Throughout Remi’s stay Diana would send me updates and pictures. Remi looked so happy hanging out with their dogs and playing in the backyard. So much so that I was worried Remi wouldn’t want to come home with me when it was time to pick him up. Thankful he did. lol Diane and Jesse are wonderful I could have not asked for a better place for Remi to stay when I was away.
Amazing rover experience! Diana and jessie were extremely accommodating. They sent updates and treated her like one of their own. Our pup came home tired and happy.100% would recommend and will use again.
Diana and Jesse and family were great and provided a wonderful home for Porter for almost 3 weeks. We got good communication and pictures from them. They were very flexible when we got stranded in Canada in an early snowstorm and needed to extend our reservation. We even got a picture of Porter drawn by their daughter.
Awesome stay! I had been invited to a wedding out of town and needed someone to watch my dog. I’d never left her with anyone and she’s 3, so who I’d trust is very slim. From the beginning Diana and Jesse were very responsive and kind. We did a short meet and greet and I felt content leaving Leilani behind on this trip. Throughout the trip I received photos and updates about how things were going. We just got home, settled in, I’ve been unpacking and Leilani has been asleep the whole time. She loved her stay and is completely worn out ☺️ I’d definitely recommend Diana and Jesse to anyone! They keep your dogs routine, treat them as you would and make leaving your dog behind way easier!
Diana & Jesse are absolutely wonderful and their home is warm and inviting. Their care for our 4 yr. old Lab was loving and it was evident through daily communications and pics that he was happy, and well loved, cared for and given adoring attention. We took an extended 5-day weekend trip and our pupster got to hang out/play/snuggle with two new furry friends and Diana and Jesse's kids. From our prospective it's the idea situation that any dog owner would want their four-legged loved one to be in when you need overnight care. The entire family welcomed our little guy and he was waggy-waggy, and happy-happy from the very get-go. I highly recommend them, their family, their two dogs for anyone looking for great care and a happy home for your doggie care needs.
We love love LOVE bringing our dog to Diana's house! This was our 3rd time. I know he's well taken care of and happy plus he's so excited when we drop him off. Leaving town now is never a worry!

Schedule
We work from home, which gives us the time to be here for your pup! We also try to be very flexible with pickup and dropoff times to make it as convenient as possible.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a completely fenced backyard (approx. 1/2 acre), which gives the dogs the space to run, play, and to just burn energy in a safe environment! They are never alone and always supervised when playing in the backyard.

A typical day
Throughout the day, we can take your dog for a walk and allow them time to just run in the backyard. Everything they'll need is right here in our home. And if they're up for it, we can take them for a run/walk on the greenway.
