I’ve always had dogs. As an adult I’ve had Beagles who had special needs in terms of both medical and behavioral health. I cared for Maddie through her congestive heart failure. As a child I had a beautiful black lab named Sarah so I hope to work with more large dogs now. I love all dogs and know that love, attention, and exercise can work out the stress our loved one feels when we are separated. I hope you’ll trust me to care for your special fur baby.

Diana dogsat my dog while I was dealing with house repairs and as always she did an amazing job!! My dog loves staying at her house. He always comes home relaxed and contented like he's just had a nice day at home. He is really "himself" at her place. She pays close attention to his emotional and physical needs and takes such good care of him. I am never worried when Diana is taking care of my dog!!
Diana is a great dog sitter! My dog is still very young with lots of energy & Diana was flexible to Lilly’s needs/stage of life while simultaneously keeping her safe. She has a beautiful fence in yard that Lilly loves. Communication was great! I will absolutely use Diana again in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for Buttercup while we were away this weekend. She was kind, attentive, and truly treated her like her own. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Buttercup was in such loving and capable hands. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup, and that means everything to us. Schedule
I am a high school teacher, so over the summer I can dedicate myself full time to my love of dogs. During the school year, I will only take jobs where I can give your animal the time and attention they need.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced yard that has been reinforced due to a Beagle who loved to dig. I am also a big believer in daily walks on a variety of paths for both physical and mental stimulation. I have gates to ensure dogs are fed separately and safely. Ultimately, I will find a way to meet your dogs needs.
A typical day
I always plan at least two walks during the day. I try to change the path so there are always new smells to sniff. For dogs that need more play, we can play fetch in the backyard, wrestle over a tug rope, or play a mental game like find the treat. For less energetic dogs there’s always a lap to snooze in for the afternoon.
