I really wish I could give a better review because Diana is so sweet but when I picked up my dog his feet were drenched in pee. He seemed very anxious as well. Not to mention it sounded like there were well over the max limit of dogs staying there. When we knocked on the door we heard multiple dogs barking from inside the garage and even more inside the house. We also had to wait outside for over 20 minutes until Diana answered the door. As we were loading up the car I realized our dogs food and water bowls were missing so I asked Diana to go grab them. She brought me the wrong bowls and had no idea which ones were his. To me this is an negative indicator that she was not very organized and didn’t pay close enough attention to my dog. She said it was because she had so many dogs and I understand that it’s fall break but don’t host more dogs than you can take care of. Last thing that irked me was that I always had to instigate the updates on my dog. When she set a photo it was always blurry and looked like it was taken in a hurry.
