We've been honored to have dogs, snakes, cats, fish, horses, and many more in our family. Currently, there are six pets in our home. 3 cats, 2 turtles(in a tank), and 1 dog! I(Diana) also have a baby under 1, who comes on all visits with me 😁! For over 13 years we've been professionally pet sitting and walking and have handled all types of situations. We're both fantastic with all temperaments from abused and skittish to overly excited and rambunctious. Care is provided for all animals; regardless of breed, size, or age. The goal is to always strive to provide safety first with each animal left in our care! Caring for pets with social anxiety, bully breeds and those who need a little extra TLC is where our hearts are. I have trained animals before and done rescues with the help of my mother; Gladys. Providing pet care is our shared passion so we do it full-time and have open availability. We are willing to accommodate most requests but do not accept last minute(less than 8 hours) notice as our days are carefully planned to provide the most care and bonding time to our clients. Meet and Greets: Every potential client is guaranteed a Meet and Greet to ascertain that we are a great fit for each other! You will be meeting with me(Diana). Please note, ALL Meet and Greets will take place in the Pet Owners home(where the pet is MOST comfortable) or a neutral/public location both parties agree upon. Daycare Info(CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE): Gladys will be the primary care provider as she works from home. I(Diana) will provide all walks(for fully vaccinated pups) and pickups/drop-offs. At this time, all puppies doing daycare will be picked up and returned to their homes by me. Pick-ups are between 7:30 am-9:30 am and drop-offs are between 5 pm-8 pm. House Sitting Info(REPEAT CLIENTS ONLY): Is provided from 9pm-9am. I will arrive at 9PM each night. It includes an evening and morning walk. Midday walks will be scheduled as a separate booking. Longer house sitting hours can be arranged according to availability. Until the glitch is fixed, bookings will be modified to reflect the correct number of nights you will need me. Please ask when booking if you have any questions. Drop-Ins/Dog Walks Info: I(Diana) provide all walks and Gladys helps out when we are really busy in the evenings. Walks are available by Time Groups with a 1-hour grace period, in which services may be provided, before and after each group. Group A: 8am-10am Group B: 10am-2pm Group C: 4pm-6pm Group D(Holiday Rate Applies): 7pm-9pm Additional Info: *Daycare puppies have the run of the apartment with baby gates closing off the entrance to the bedrooms and bathroom. ***CANCELLATION POLICY- If canceling or lessening a booking within less than 24hrs from the start of the DAY of service for Daycare and Dog Walks, you will be charged a Consideration Feel of $10 for EACH canceled service. This fee will be added to your next booking with us. Refusal to pay this fee will result in denial of future services until paid. For all other services, our ROVER cancellation fee is set to STRICT. This means, if you cancel or lessen any bookings for House Sitting, Boarding, or Drop-In Visits within less than 7 DAYS of the start of the 1st service day, you will be charged 50% of the daily cost for the first seven days of service and receive a full refund on remaining days(if applicable). Please keep in mind, we offer multiple services and put a ton of thought and planning into each day. Late cancellations mean a disruption in our pups & kits day; as well as missed opportunities from potential clients we turned away so as to provide you with service for those times. Thank you, truly!
