Pet care experience
Enriching the lives of your dogs
While having much experience with and a love for dogs starting at an early age, my passion now is to help enrich the lives of my clients' dogs through play, exercise, and game-based training. I became involved at my local Humane Society in 2008 as an active volunteer dog walker and continue to help out with walking and training whenever possible. In 2015 I began my studies in dog communication, behavior, and positive reinforcement training through Animal Behavior College, receiving a dog training certification in 2016. I continued my studies in Pet First Aid/CPR and Pet Sitting. From 2018 to present, I have also continued to expand my knowledge of dog behavior and game-based dog training through AbsoluteDogs. I live with my husband in a single-family home with a six-foot privacy fence. All dogs in my care are treated like my own (with love, respect and patience). Pet Sitting is my full-time job, therefore I am home the majority of the time.

Ratings and reviews
Diana is great and my two boys seem to love it when she cares for them

Diana has such a great space for dogs. Harper loves being there.

This was the 3rd time Lani stayed with Diana. She always gives her lots of love and attention and Lani is always so happy in all the pics and when I pick her up. Highly recommend.

Diana is an excellent doggie sitter. I’ve been leaving my 2 doggos with for the last 2 years when I need to leave them behind. I trust her with them completely.

Diana is so caring and trustworthy. Sharing pictures and daily updates about our mini-schnauzer while we are away. It is such peace of mind to know your pet is safe and in caring hands when you are out of town. We've booked several years with her now and you can tell she really enjoys playing with the dogs in her care. We will definitely continue to book in the future! Thank you, Diana!

Diana has been watching our dogs for 8 years! She is absolutely incredible. We joke that our dogs think they’re the ones going on vacation when we drop them off with Diana. She’s reliable, knowledgeable, and so patient with our corgis. We recently added a 3rd corgi to our pack and Diana welcomed her with open arms. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diana and the care she provides for our dogs when we’re out of town. I’m convinced she’s the best dog sitter in the world and we’re all just remarkably lucky she lives in our area. We trust Diana wholeheartedly and recommend her highly!

Schedule
Dog care is my full-time job, in my home, therefore I am home the majority of the time to insure that your dogs are safe, happy, and entertained.
Where your pet will stay
Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Health and Safety are the main priorities for all dogs in my care. My home is dog-proofed with baby gates, locks on cabinets, and whether inside or outside, I am with them at all times. I have a 6-foot privacy fence and lots of space to run. All dogs in my care are crated at night for their safety. Exceptions regarding crates can be made depending on the dog/situation. Dogs requiring medications: Alarm reminders are added to my phone (that is always on me) to insure they get their medication on time, every time.
Pets
A typical day
Dogs that stay with me are provided with both mental and physical exercises, as well as plenty of calming activities and rest, based on their individual needs and abilities. They are engaged in games that help with real-life training as well as dog to dog play time.
