We were visiting Las Vegas and needed last‑minute care for our two elderly dogs, and Diane truly went above and beyond. Not only did she welcome both of our girls on short notice, she cared for them for four days during a week of extreme heat — something they wouldn’t have tolerated safely. This was our first time using Rover, and Diane made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring. She was wonderfully communicative from start to finish, sending updates and photos throughout their stay. One of our girls, Sherry, had an upset stomach, and Diane was so attentive and comforting, letting us know she was keeping a close eye on her. Her kindness allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our trip, knowing our dogs were in safe, loving hands. We are incredibly grateful for her care and hope to use her babysitting services again. Diane is truly a gem, and we can’t thank her enough.
