Quite honestly, we don’t have enough good things to say about Diana and Kempis. From the moment we entrusted them, it was clear they go far above and beyond anything you’d expect. They didn’t just “look after” them — they truly cared for them. The level of attention, warmth, and genuine affection they showed was incredible, and it made all the difference. You can instantly tell this isn’t just a service to them; it’s something they take real pride and joy in. We were kept beautifully updated throughout, with thoughtful messages and lovely photos that showed just how settled and happy Millie and Harry were. That kind of reassurance is priceless, especially when you’re away from pets you adore. When we came back, it said everything — two very content, relaxed, and clearly well-loved animals.
