In the summer of 2026, I found myself at a crossroads after unexpectedly losing my job as a work-from-home Human Resources Manager. I could either pursue another corporate position or focus on expanding my Rover business, doing what I truly love. My passion is caring for animals, especially cats. Currently, I have one fully furnished en suite bedroom designed exclusively for feline guests. Cats staying with me enjoy their own bedroom and bathroom equipped with cat towers, cozy beds and blankets, a water fountain along with other water options, toys, hidey-holes for shy kitties, and, of course, their own litter box. Water access and overall comfort are top priorities. I also have two additional bedrooms ready to transform into cat-friendly spaces, which would allow me to grow my cat boarding business. Every cat in my care is treated like family. I have experience with senior and special needs cats and am able to administer various forms of medication with ease. This moment is my chance to decide between returning to corporate life or fully embracing my passion for cat care.

Diana was absolutely amazing! She is very caring and had a wonderful space to care for our two cats. She is great with cats and was able to quickly get our grouchy old kitty to warm up to her. We didn't worry about them while we were traveling because she had excellent communication and always kept us updated. We would definitely use her services again. Diana from the first visit spoke fluent cat. I liked her immediately because, well she's cat people as am I! She sent the updates daily with photos, and I could tell that my cats were more comfortable this time around. We've had other services take care of them, however I have never noticed this kind of comfort come from them. Usually my cats take a little time to warm up when we come in the door, this time around they did not take that much time to warm up! The last time we left we used a different service and one of my cats would not come out, he came out immediately. I told her that one of my cats likes to have a little bit of grass from outdoors and she did that for him everyday! She played with my Bugsy cat who likes to play and she brushed my Crystal cat who likes to be brushed. This kind of personal service is what it takes to keep cats happy but I'm not telling Diana anything because she knows and that's what makes her special! Thank you for everything Diana, mostly for giving me peace of mind with my sweet fur babies!
We trust Diana completely with our cats. One of them needs medication every 12 hours and Diana ensures our kitty gets her meds. She’s great at making sure the water bowls and litter boxes are fresh and clean too. Diana leaves detailed notes and we appreciate her updates and care. Highly recommend!

Schedule
Until July of 2026, I worked from home in a demanding and high-stress full-time job in Human Resources. My company relieved me of that stress, so now I have all day to spend with cats if I want to. Instead of looking for another (likely stressful) role in HR, I decided to use these summer months to see if I can make a living doing what I truly love, which is caring for animals. If I can do what I love as a career, I’ll never go back to the corporate world. ❤️

A typical day
My kitties aren’t too keen on strangers, so I’m careful not to push my affection on any animal. But I’m super patient, and often, even the most shy or scared cats can sense my gentle, non-threatening nature and warm up to me. 😻 ***This section is under construction.
