I work in dt Raleigh 7am-3pm Mon-Fri. I tend to have an active social calendar in the evenings and weekends but can always put a pause on that. However, if your fur babies love a car ride I'm always eager to take them with me on my social adventures. I love to hike, play sports, attend breweries, and hangout in my friends backyards. Some of my friends have dogs and most of my friends are dog sitters as well so there's typically a dog or two at every occasion!

As a wake county employee I’ve already gone through a thorough background check! While I have not worked with a special needs dog in the past I am open to give it a try in our initial meet and greet. I have administered oral medication in a multitude of ways and handled dogs with strict preferences with care. Any special care needs for your animal I will complete with 100% accuracy. More than happy to send videos and photos of your animals with the time in the background to put you at ease while away. My goal is to treat your animals as well as I treat my own!

When we do the initial meet and greet I like to run through the following checklist: - normal wake and bed time - normal med routine - verbal and nonverbal commands you typically use - average time you are away from home on any given day - typical potty procedure (frequency, length, etc.) - normal feeding procedure and time - emergency vet/ trusted neighbor or friend - # of cameras and where - best way to enter and exit the home If sitting - sleeping arrangements - kitchen/cooking preferences - wifi for working from home
A typical day
ALL OF THE TOYS!!! Whatever toys you have in your home shall be used while you’re away. TREATS, TREATS, AND MORE TREATS!!! I will give as many treats as I am allowed to via dietary restrictions. SNUGGLES GLORE!!! If your animal is in the mood for a hug or two I am always in the mood!!

Pet care experience
My first dog (Kasan, a Samoyed) was something like my protector; he saved my life when I was attacked by a neighborhood chocolate lab at age 8. Also he was my absolute best friend! Since, I have grown love dogs unconditionally. Walking them for friends or sitting for neighbors; I even had a dog wash to raise money for my soccer team. While I can’t choose which of the dogs I have sat for using rover has been my favorite; I do know my favorite thing is when your pupper snuggles with me at night! Nothing like waking up and the first thing you see is a dog. I am the oldest of 4 kids and previously an educator so I know how to take care of living things in a controlled but fun manner!

Diamond took the best care of my sweet boy. In fact, his social life dramatically improved and he went on so many fun adventures with her. I’m pretty sure he thinks life is back to boring now we’re home! Thank you!
Diamond was so lovely. Archie didn't even seem to notice we were gone and I swear my apartment was cleaner than when I left it for her which is wild. We could not have asked for a better sitter.
Diamond is a wonderful dog sitter!! She stayed in our home so our dogs felt comfortable. I received updates and pictures daily. Diamond even quickly noticed that one of my dogs was unwell and administered her medicine! I had absolutely no worries while we were away. I hope Diamond will sit for us in the future ?
