Safety, trust & environment
I have two dogs of my own (german shepherd, australian cattle) that me & my dad take care of i don’t know what we’d do without them. pets are the best. i do also have a cat who i also love tremendously !
Information Diamond H. would like to know about your pet
Knowing important details about a pet before I sit them ensures their safety, comfort, and well-being while in my care; understanding medical needs, dietary restrictions, behavior and triggers, daily routines, and emergency contacts lets me prevent accidents, administer medications correctly, maintain consistent habits, and respond calmly if issues arise. It also builds trust with the owner by showing I’m prepared and responsible, reduces stress for the pet by preserving familiar routines, and helps me provide tailored exercise, attention, and boundaries so the pet remains happy and healthy during the sitter’s time.
A typical day
I love dog sitting because I enjoy the companionship, unconditional affection, and playful energy that dogs bring — their enthusiasm brightens my day and makes every walk or playtime fun. Caring for dogs has taught me responsibility, patience, and strong time-management skills as I follow feeding, exercise, and medication schedules. It keeps me active and healthy through regular walks and outdoor time, reduces stress and loneliness, and helps me build trust and communication with both pets and their owners. Dog sitting also allows me to gain experience with different breeds and temperaments, improving my animal-handling skills and making me a more confident, reliable caregiver.

Pet care experience
i have been working at a doggy daycare (good dogs) for more then a year now we have been voted the best in the state multiple years in a row. i learn around 30 dogs a day. i have became super close with every single one of them & i wouldn’t change it for the world.
Reviews
💎 “Diamond” Style: Hagerty provided diamond-level pet sitting! My animals were happy, safe, and well cared for. Trustworthy and compassionate—highly recommend! Would definitely use her frequently.
