I used rover to keep my dogs on a schedule and home rather than boarding them. If I knew that Dezyrea wasn't going to following anything she said I would have been better off just boarding them. She was late by hours. She left them home for over 12 hours with no potty breaks and she didnt even tell me. I asked because I didn't notice her going in with my ring camera. She didnt feed them until 8pm another night. She does not clean up when they go to the bathroom or clean up after herself. She leaves lights on and doesnt even wash dishes she uses. She left a wad of toilet paper and trash on my bathroom floor. She left dirty brown paper towels on my kitchen table. My older dog has incontinence so I put them in diapers and I leave them home during my work day and they are usually barely wet if at all wet. These diapers felt like they were on them for days. She left the used ones on the floor by my front door. I showed up with poop all over my house. It looked like they were being fed people food with the way the poop looked. This was not the 1st time I used her but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. The 1st time she left the poop all outside and left my air conditioner on 60. The next time was not as bad. This time she did mutliple things wrong. And then the last time it was already scheduled and only a few days in between me being gone on work trips so I didn't have time to reschedule with someone else but I went home during the middle, to my house being a disaster and canceled it mid stay. She had an issue leaving my key where she found it after canceling mid stay. She is not responsible and has so many excuses. The low cost is not worth the anxiety if you travel far away and are not able to get home if she has issues.

She did amazing with our animals. All were happy and healthy when we got back, everything was cleaned up and directions followed.

Dezyrea did a great job taking care of our kitties!! She spent a lot of time with them, played with them, and sent me a lot of pictures and updates!

I booked Dezy back to back because I had two trips upcoming. She was very flexible and accommodating. My boys love her and I feel so relieved that my pups are comfortable in rhe house with her. She communicate daily and sent me pictures of my babies. So happy with Dezy!
