Small dogs thrive here: calm environment, consistent schedule, and someone who actually notices when they're a little off today. With 15+ years of hands-on experience and a grooming background, I catch things most people miss — a slight limp, a change in appetite, unusual behavior. You'll get photo updates throughout the day, not just a "everything's fine" at the end. Every dog that comes to stay gets a proper settle-in period — I don't rush them. Some take an hour, some take a day. Either way, we go at their pace. Deyu was so kind and flexible with us and our schedule. He sent videos and photos along with updates on how our puppy did throughout the weekend. It definitely made us miss her while we were gone, as well as feel at ease that we had someone who was so accommodating and made us feel as though we were there with her. We did a meet and greet first to make sure she would be comfortable and it would be a good fit for the both of us - we got to see where she would sleep and where she could play and get to know other friendly dogs in the area. 100% would recommend Deyu!
Deyu is very kind and responsible with my dog He is patient, caring, and truly treats pets like his own. He updates me with his walks, naps, daily activities. Sent me lots of photos to keep me posted. I would absolutely trust him to provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home environment for any dog in his care!!!

Schedule
Pet care is already built into my daily routine since I’m home most of the time and plan my schedule around the dogs. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, meals, playtime, rest, and supervision throughout the day. I enjoy keeping a calm home environment and making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

In my home, I provide a calm, clean, and closely supervised environment for dogs. I focus on a low-density, home-style setting so each dog gets plenty of attention, potty breaks, feeding, rest, and safe indoor play. I also pay close attention to each dog’s personality, comfort level, and daily routine to help them feel relaxed and secure. If caring for a pet in a client’s home, I would carefully follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, potty breaks, exercise, medication, and routine, while making sure the pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

A typical day
I like to keep pets happy and engaged with safe, age-appropriate activities based on their personality and energy level. This may include indoor play, short walks, gentle social time, cuddle time, enrichment toys, and plenty of supervised interaction. I also make sure they have quiet rest time so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and not overstimulated.
