A walk for you, therapy for me. 😊
I’ve been around, trained, and cared for dogs my whole life. My father trained hunting dogs for most of my youth. I have volunteered at various shelters over the years and have worked with trainers. Now I love to use that experience to not only provide you with an exemplary service but also allow your pet (and myself) much needed time outdoors, in nature.

Dexter was great with Pepa, very flexible, attentive, and she got a lot of great exercise and play time with his pup. She came home very tired and happy everyday, and was excited to go back.
Dexter agreed to help me and my pets last minute and was a total lifesaver. Very easy to communicate with, professional, and I could tell when I got home that the babes had a good time with him while I was away. I highly recommend!
My dogs love Dexter! I have two very high energy Golden Doodles (Tina and George). Every time they hangout with Dex they come home exhausted. Dexter is attentive and always makes sure Tina and George get exactly what they need. I could not recommend Dexter more!
Do you want your dog to be adored and lovingly cared for? If so, then Dex is your person! My dog is an energetic pup that wants to be outdoors and Dex took her to the mountains, the river, and other beautiful spaces to help her get her energy out. Dex also came to our space to dog sit and did an amazing job. My dog can get very anxious and chew things up when I leave town but she was so happy and didn’t do any chewing under Dex’ care. He was very respectful of our space and all of our asks. Will definitely ask Dex the next time we leave town.

Schedule
I am currently work freelance/part time, weekends, so I have plenty of time to love on your pets. I allow my pup and myself plenty of time outdoors, in nature, and adore the extra company and experience of getting other pets out in nature. I.e.. jogs on the Bosque, hikes in the foothills, trips to the petroglyphs, or long leisurely strolls around friendly neighborhoods.

Animals have always truly been a passion of mine. I feel fulfilled knowing the animals in my care are happy, well cared for, and getting much need mental stimulation.
Pets
A typical day
We will mostly be outdoors in nature. Jogs on the bosque, hikes in the foothills, or long leisurely strolls through various friendly, clean neighborhoods. I am a huge advocate for getting in the sun, bare feet on the ground, and would love to provide your pet with the same healing experience. If stuck indoors we will figure out pup puzzles or play hide the treat and seek.
