Full time pet care professional - your pets are my priority! I’ve never met a dog I didn’t love, and I can’t wait to meet yours! Every pet is unique, with their own personality, and I am excited to take care of them and earn their trust to become a reliable sitter that they enjoy seeing. Fast paced and playful or laid-back and lounging, conforming to your pets lifestyle is important to me - I also send updates at least once a day, as well as pictures, so you don’t miss your babies too much! About Me: As a full time sitter, I get lots of 1 on 1 time with my furry guests! I love having a head to pet or ball to throw throughout the day, and spend a majority of my time at home with my ever-growing, extended fur-family. I have extensive experience with fear-free basic training, including walk fundamentals, as well as trust building training and practices. I am also well versed in administering medications (liquid, pill, and subcutaneous) to pets with special needs and health conditions, including senior dogs (I love a frosted face!) I have a darling, 15 year old, Chinese Crested named Kovu who spends her golden years napping and welcoming her furry friends with a sniff and a shake. Having two special needs dogs in recent years, I know how hard it is to leave your little loves behind. I am also independently insured as a pet sitter, daycare provider, pet trainer, and pet taxi through Pet Care Insurance (PCI).

Devon is great and our dogs loved her. She was very kind and playful with them, and they had a great time. Devon is the best!
We could not be happier to have found Devon! She was so thorough about my dog Gary's day and what he likes and doesn't like. She sent me the best photos every night of their fun day together, I wasn't sure he would want to leave!! We will always choose Devon to leave Gary with knowing he is so well taken care of!!
Words cannot fully describe how awesome Devon is with our boy! Honestly, she is so great at making sure we are kept up to date and that Rico feels safe and gets all his cuddles!
Devon is absolutely fabulous, and I am so happy we found her to watch our Rico while we were out of the country for 11 days. She sent daily updates to coincide with our time zone in the UK and was always so responsive when our timeline matched up. She took such good care of Rico, and it made me feel so comfortable and relieved to know that I could leave my dog with her. I would recommend her to anyone. And we will be using her again! Devon cared for our 5 pups on very short notice. She quickly picked up on each of their unique personalities and needs. We received pictures and texts on how they were doing which was comforting as this was their first time away from home. Devon was sensitive and caring to our pups during a difficult time. We highly recommend her.
We really appreciated Devon taking extra time to get to know our boy, making sure she had one-on-one time to bond with him and get him comfortable in her home, in advance of a big trip. Thanks!

Programa
About My Home: My home features a large, fenced-in yard on a quiet street with tons of space for pups to run around and play. When the weather allows, they’re given free rein of the inside and outside of my home. The maximum time a dog is ever alone in my home is 2 hours (when I need to grocery shop or go to an appointment), but there is always a dog-loving adult family member home in case of an unexpected emergency. I am not a sitter who boards as many pets as possible, as that is too stressful on the dogs and is not the kind of care I would want my baby to receive. I only allow up to 2 pet families to book on any day, and my rates reflect the individual attention, love, and calm environment that your pups receive in my care.

I like to have a hands-on approach when pet sitting, and anything we can do together, we do together! Pups love coming over to my home because they know they’re in for a fun time!

At my home, we wake up around 6:30-7, and begin our day with some pets, cuddles, and then breakfast. Depending on the dog, we go for a walk around 7:30-8, or we spend some time in the backyard playing or enjoying the morning sun. Then, we watch dogtv or listen to doggie meditation music together as I do office work. Dinner for everyone is usually around 5-7, followed by a walk around the neighborhood and a play session on extra energetic days. We end the day with treats and enrichment, followed by cuddles on the couch until bedtime anywhere from 9-10:30, where we head to our room together, and everyone gets tucked into their place for the night. ➡️ Please note; Pickup and dropoff hours are between 8AM - 7PM, due to the city of San Diego's regulations.
