Availability
I have very open weekends and afternoons - Drop-Ins or walks in the afternoons during the week are most ideal for me. Especially walks since I am going on them anyways. Weekends I am free throughout the day for pet sitting or walks as well. If care is need over the week, I do work from about 9AM-4PM in the Miramar area and the pet would need to be OK with being alone for a several hours during the day.

If care is at your home, a small meet prior to pet-sitting would be nice so I am not entering the home as a stranger but if that is not available I would make sure to enter the home cautiously as to not spook your dog/cat.

I would just like to know how the pet interacts with people and other pets prior to care. Not all dogs are friendly with others and that's OK! If the pet has any triggers during walks or any sensitive spots they do not like to be pet in. Their favorite treat or toy!
A typical day
Go for walks and explore the neighborhood! Take them to a dog park, only if that is acceptable for your pet. Otherwise, play with the dog/cat at home and make sure they are stimulated and entertained.

I have had a dog in my family for as long as I can remember and have always played the role as the caretaker. On multiple occasions I have walked and house sat for neighbors and friends when they were out of town or were out of the house for a full day.
