**Please read all of my "about" info to understand my policies before making a request** Hi! I'm a certified positive reinforcement dog trainer, and am here hoping to make some extra money doing one of the things I love best - taking care of dogs! I've been doing in home dog sitting on and off for most of my adult life, both privately and as part of a company. I'm willing to work with a variety of dogs, from more "normal" dogs, to special needs dogs with health issues, and even mild aggression cases. If you have a unique situation that most sitters wouldn't accept, please contact me, I'd love to see if I could help you. Working with dogs is my passion, and I find getting to meet the variety of dogs that I see while being a sitter to be so rewarding. I will always care for your dogs with as much love and attention as I would give to my own animals. -------------------------------- NB; I do not usually accept next day bookings for new clients. It is imperative for my own safety that I meet new dogs for the first time with their owner present. Also, I generally will not accept clients who wish me to take care of their dogs while the owner is away who wish me to leave the dogs alone over night (i.e. do late night/early morning visits, instead of stay over). Dogs are highly social animals and I do not believe that staying alone unattended over night is good for their emotional health. I will not treat client dogs with any less care than I would my own animals, and I would not do this to my own dogs. I am willing to do this for cat-only households however, as cats are usually more independent by nature. --------------------------------

I take care of my clients pets with the same love and devotion I give my own animals. While I'm with your pet, I will do everything within my power to keep them happy and safe. I've been known to go above and beyond for clients if I feel like there is something I can do to improve a pet's quality of life while they are under my care. --------------------------------

Devon is awesome!! She came to spend some time with our 5 month old puppy while he was home for the day. She was very capable of handling his puppy behavior, she came on time & played with him until he was exhausted. We would definitely hire Devon again and appreciate her taking such great care of our baby!

Schedule
I'm currently work from home on a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to visit your pets. I just moved to Winchendon in the past few years and had to give up my regular clients from my previous address, so my schedule is wide open. I generally don't do well with early morning visits (before 10am) but may make exceptions based on distance from my house, so feel free to ask. --------------------------------
