I'm a certified positive reinforcement dog trainer, and am here hoping to make some extra money doing one of the things I love best - taking care of dogs! I've been doing in home dog sitting on and off for most of my adult life, both privately and as part of a company. I'm willing to work with a variety of dogs, from more "normal" dogs, to special needs dogs with health issues, and even mild aggression cases. If you have a unique situation that most sitters wouldn't accept, please contact me, I'd love to see if I could help you. Working with dogs is my passion, and I find getting to meet the variety of dogs that I see while being a sitter to be so rewarding. I will always care for your dogs with as much love and attention as I would give to my own animals. -------------------------------- NB; I do not usually accept next day bookings for new clients. It is imperative for my own safety that I meet new dogs for the first time with their owner present. Also, I generally will not accept clients who wish me to take care of their dogs while the owner is away who wish me to leave the dogs alone over night (i.e. do late night/early morning visits, instead of stay over). Dogs are highly social animals and I do not believe that staying alone unattended over night is good for their emotional health. I will not treat client dogs with any less care than I would my own animals, and I would not do this to my own dogs. I am willing to do this for cat-only households however, as cats are usually more independent by nature. --------------------------------
