**Schedule notes: Available for Thanksgiving 2023** I'll fess up--I'm a cat person. But I love creatures of all kinds, and would love to show your pet the attention and care they need to be happy and healthy. I'm happy to cater to any special needs or funny quirks that your pet may have. I'm active, responsible, and communicative, and would love to get to know you and your pet. I'm an early riser who is happy to adjust my schedule to meet your needs. I'm a long distance runner, so I'm happy to care for D.C. dogs who are dying for some fresh air and exercise. I know there's nothing you wouldn't do for your pet, and I promise to show the same level of dedication to caring for them while you are away.

My cat has elite level separation anxiety and tends to hide from most people who come to feed him in my absence. Devon not only came in clutch last minute for Thanksgiving, she also had my incredibly skittish cat bonding with her instantly. Great communication the whole time. Milhouse made a new friend and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Schedule
I not am available for mid-day visits (mornings/evenings are fine!) on Tuesdays or Wednesdays due to my work schedule. I’m not able to accept daily (Mon-Fri) recurring requests at this time.

I carefully review instructions ahead of time and communicate proactively if I have questions or concerns. Some pets need more time than others to warm up to strangers, so I always respect their space & allow them to get to know me at a pace that works for them. Dogs are always leashed before we leave the house!

A typical day
We can walk around the neighborhood, take a stroll, or hang out in the backyard! If your pet isn't a huge fan of activity, happy to keep them company on the couch.
