With 20 years of experience in pet sitting and dog walking, I have developed a deep love and understanding of animals. I began as a teen, caring for the pets of neighbors and friends, as well as my own. Growing up in a household filled with dogs, cats, bunnies, and fish, I quickly took on responsibilities like walking dogs, feeding various pets, and administering medications. Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of dogs, from toy breeds to larger labs, and adapted to varying energy levels. While I specialize in caring for dogs and cats, I am open to other pets by request. I do have experience caring for geckos and snakes as well. I am dedicated to providing your pets with the highest level of care and attention.

My approach to pet care is patient and gradual. With experience working with both shy and outgoing pets, I understand the importance of building trust. I am always happy to schedule time to get to know your pet before diving into walks or other activities. Ensuring that both you and your pet feel safe and comfortable is my top priority, and I’m dedicated to providing a thoughtful, individualized approach to each pet’s needs.

My car Pandora is a very shy cat and it can take her quite a while to warm up to new people, so I was especially impressed with how comfortable she became with Devon. She still keeps to herself, but she now comes out of her hiding spot when Devon is here and even lets Devon pet her, which is a big deal for Pandora. Devon has also been wonderful with her medication, including both oral and ear medications, and has clearly taken the time to learn how to administer them properly. I feel very comfortable having Devon care for Pandora and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a patient and dependable pet sitter.
Finn loves Devon! He’s an older guy who prefers taking things slow, getting plenty of cuddles, and being spoiled with a few treats along the way. I really appreciated how calm and caring Devon was with him and how well they understood his personality and needs. It was clear that Finn was comfortable, happy, and getting plenty of love while in their care. I would absolutely have them watch Finn again!
Devon frequently sits for my dog Molly, and she is really great. Molly is very high-energy and needs a lot of exercise, patience, and attention, but she was clearly in great hands. I appreciated how patient and attentive Devon was were with her and how much time she spent making sure Molly got the exercise and attention she needed. I felt completely comfortable knowing Molly was being well cared for and would definitely trust them with her again.

Schedule
I have open availability on weekends, and after work on weekdays. I am always open to any requests, and willing to work with varying schedules. Just ask!
