I work in a hybrid environment, which gives me flexibility in my schedule. My schedule is typically 8-4pm M-F, though some days I start and return later. I update my calendar regularly to ensure accuracy. Please note that I do not offer walks or drop-in visits past 9 PM.

When your pet stays with me, they are covered by my insurance, Pet Care Insurance, as well as the Rover Guarantee. I will always care for your pets, plants, or home like it is my own. Written instructions are always helpful, and it’s often the best way to keep your pets on their regular schedule.

Please include their comfort level on a leash, comfort level with strangers, age, size, and breed. It’s good to know a doggo is treat and/or praise motivated. I will inquire about your pet allergies, medications, food, water, towels to dry them off when it rains, and their favorite route. I believe it's important to maintain a steady routine. Safety for everyone is my #1 concern. I no longer offer co-sleeping as this minimizes the risk of injury to myself and your pet. If your dog has ever bitten without good cause or has a trigger, please tell me. If your pet has any injuries, please tell me. This information will NOT automatically result in a rejection of the booking.
A typical day
During my visits I like to interact with the pets I am caring for. For drop-ins, I generally play fetch with the dogs and interact with cats with their favorite toys. Please note, I prioritize your pet's safety and will never allow interaction with other dogs unless explicitly instructed to do so.

I've always had a furry friend by my side. I've fostered kittens, volunteered at vet hospitals, and cared for various animals including cats, dogs, rabbits, and goats. I'm experienced with both shy strays and overly energetic pets. I'm patient and empathetic, aware that animals feel stress and excitement. I'm also equipped to handle pets with health issues or disabilities. Rest assured, your pet will be treated like family, receiving all the attention and care they deserve. *Bathing/Grooming is an optional add-on that can be added to house-sitting services. The cost of this service varies and is subject to availability.

This is the first time we went on vacation and left our dogs with someone other than my mom. I was very nervous but Devon was awesome! She was responsible, communicative and always provided me with updates and pictures with how our dogs were doing. The house was well taken care of as well. I would highly recommend her and use her services again!
