Experienced Pet Caretaker
I have a love for all animals and a life-time of pet experience. I was raised by a veterinary technician so, animals have always been a huge part of my life since I was very young. I walked dogs around my neighborhood as a kid and I am currently a dog and cat groomer. I have been grooming for the past 11 years. My fiancé has also worked with animals for the past 15 years. She has background in dog boarding facility management, dog grooming, petstore management, animal rescue/foster and veterinary hospital care. She now works from home so someone is always here. We currently work with local rescues as a foster home for special cases such as senior pets, pets with disabilities, and abuse cases. I have strong knowledge on pet care, safety, body language, and health. I work with all sizes and all breeds of dog. I enjoy meeting new pups and getting to know each one individually. I also enjoy taking long walks/ runs so I would be happy to walk the high-energy dog. But I am also happy to do a slow paced walk for any senior or low-energy pups! We have a newly fully fenced yard with some fun additions your pup can view through the fenced pen area(chickens,ducks,small animals)

Devon has always been great! Nellie has been consistently going for overnight stays for about a year and I never have to worry about her care when she is there. Devon is very responsive and always puts extra care in when needed!! Highly recommend!!
Devon and her family took excellent care of our Gabriel during his stay. They went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and sent regular updates during our trip. He came home happy, rested, and very nicely brushed out which we really appreciated. Don’t hesitate to book with Devon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE DEVON! She was awesome always responded right away if I had a question or concern with how my dog was doing. I was worried because my dog can be a little hyper at times. But she calmed my nerves and sent me pics and always would keep me updated. I would use her again 100% without hesitation. She’s wonderful and I honestly think my dog was sad leaving her and her family. I would highly recommend her she’s wonderful! :-)
Devon was great! I would definitely use her again to watch Samson!

Schedule
My fiancé works from home so someone will always be home with the animals during the day, unless we run out for plans but it is never more than a few hours.

We have a fenced in yard and also have a tie out for double protection. We have baby gates in our house to give pups some personal alone time if needed.
Pets
A typical day
We love to walk our dogs or go out in the yard and play fetch/soccer. We make home made dog treats or popsicles for the hot days. On holidays, we always make sure our dogs receive a special holiday dinner to celebrate with us which we will gladly include your pup if given permission to!
