We booked Devin for over a month (37 days) for daily 6:30 PM visits to keep a steady routine for our senior cats (ages 19 and 20). We truly appreciate that Devin showed up every single day and kept our sweet seniors safe and cared for. They enjoyed the daily grooming and bonding time with her. The areas where we see room for improvement are consistency and attention to detail. - While we look forward to seeing the 1 or 2 photos Devin sends us daily, she forgot to send us a photo/s on the most meaningful day of one of our senior cats who has CKD on her 19th birthday. - Except for two days when she arrived early due to a weather warning, her visit times were inconsistent, and we would have appreciated a quick heads-up when her daily schedule shifted. - There were a few visits where she was distracted on the phone with someone instead of fully focusing on our seniors. - The porch lights were accidentally left on twice, and after we asked her to double-check before leaving, it happened once more. Devin was apologetic. We are grateful that our cats were in safe hands. We just hope this feedback helps Devin refine her routine for her future clients.

Devin is the best. We felt so comfortable leaving our pups with her. She was always on time, spent a good amount of time with our babies and we came home to happy dogs!! So glad we found her.
