My first dog was a mini poodle and I also have owned/fostered a pit bull, a collie, and many hound mixed. My aunt owns an animal shelter where I used to live in Connecticut and I spent a lot of time there exposed to various breeds. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my dog or other dogs living their best life. I can accommodate small dogs that just want some love but also active dogs since I walk about 6-8 miles a day already and would love company. There is a dog park on my street as well if they’d prefer an open area to run.
