My wife Haley and I have over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for cats and dogs—from energetic puppies to senior pets—we’re comfortable with all ages and needs. We provide patient puppy care, gentle senior support, and loving, attentive care at all hours, treating every pet like family. We spent several years fostering dogs and working to find them great homes. We have experience working with the local animal shelters and a few non-profit organizations.

We had to find a sitter on very short notice, and Devin & Hailey were absolute lifesavers. They responded quickly, were flexible with our timing, and made the entire process stress-free from the start. Our dog Boomer settled in comfortably right away, which says a lot. We really appreciated the regular updates, photos, and the clear care and attention given throughout the stay. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our dog was in such great hands. We’re incredibly grateful for the last-minute accommodation and would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone dependable, responsive, and genuinely caring.
Devin & Haley are awesome with animals, they make them feel loved, spend plenty of time with them and follow through on walks. When my family goes on a trip or steps away for a day I know my animals are well cared for and given more attention than my kids give on the daily. We have dogs, cats and guinea pigs, they were happy to do a meet up before hand so our animals wouldn’t be terrified with someone new. It took one of our dogs, who’s more skiddish, a little bit to warm up, by the end, both our dogs adored them. Would 100% Devin and Haley! You know your animals will be safe and watched over with them.
Devin has watched our golden retriever many times! He and his family are so patient and attentive! They love animals and I feel so at ease knowing my Belle is being taken care of well!

Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine and is a true part of our family life. I’m home throughout the mornings and only work afternoons a couple days a week, while my wife stays home full-time and homeschools our kids, who are all pet lovers. Because of this, there is always someone home to provide supervision, companionship, and attention. We offer a warm, family-style care environment where pets are treated like part of the family, never left alone for long periods, and given consistent, hands-on care throughout the day.

I provide attentive, safety-focused care tailored to each pet’s individual needs, whether in my home or a client’s home. In my home, I have multiple securely fenced yard areas to accommodate different energy levels, sizes, and comfort needs. Pets have access to supervised outdoor time, including a pool for cooling off and a turf area for play, rolling, or relaxing. For pets who need downtime or prefer their own space, I have a quiet spare room available to ensure they feel comfortable and stress-free. I also share my home with one dog and three cats who are friendly, well-socialized, and accustomed to cohabitating with other animals. All interactions are carefully supervised, and I follow each owner’s preferences regarding routines, boundaries, and introductions. My goal is to create a calm, family-style environment where pets feel safe, secure, and cared for like they’re at home.

A typical day
I offer a safe, flexible, and enriching environment designed to keep dogs happy, active, and comfortable. Dogs can enjoy supervised play on a turf area that’s perfect for running and rolling, with access to a pool for cooling down after exercise. My home backs up to the Pantano Wash, providing a spacious, sandy area for longer walks or runs, either on- or off-leash based on your dog’s needs and your preferences. Our neighborhood also features several miles of paved walking paths, allowing for safe, relaxed daily walks suitable for pets of all ages and activity levels.

- It’s important for me to know as much as possible about your pet ahead of time to ensure they receive the best care. Please let me know about any special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral considerations, as well as any routines they follow at home. I also ask that pets are current on vaccinations and that you provide your preferred veterinary office and emergency contact information in case of an emergency. To make sure we’re a great fit, I require a meet and greet prior to booking so I can fully understand your pet’s needs and your preferences, and so everyone feels comfortable and confident moving forward.
