Long Walks/Runs+ Training + LOVE
I started a dog walking/washing/sitting business when I was 11 and I've been going ever since. I love working with animals, they keep me happy and active. Your dog will get three daily walks/jogs, constant companionship and training, and a lot of love and play! I work remotely, so I'm constantly giving the dogs attention. Because of this, I can also offer full-time housesitting, so that your pet can keep their familiar environment, and you can have someone looking after your home while you're away. I can sleep there for pets who do better at night with someone there, or just spend the day and night there. I only take care of 1 dog at a time, so while there are opportunities for them to socialize (behavior permitting) in the park for instance, your dog will have my full attention! If you have any special requirements, just ask, I'm flexible! When it comes to training, I'm using positive reinforcement through food and pull toys to reduce barking and anxiety. On walks, I am heeling, and using commands before and after leashing to improve obedience and focus. Exercise and long periods of quiet work together also provide opportunities to reinforce behaviors over and over. There's nothing better than coming home from travel to a trained and happy pet! I'm located in Sawtelle in a family neighborhood on the Westside. I also offer pick up or drop off locally and to aid in the transition, and I can swing by to meet you and your pet(s) and answer any questions you may have. Thanks for your interest!
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
The dog is with me at all times or in a secure room or crate, or walking in enclosed and grassy areas. I look for good walking or jogging areas, and local parks, which I visit daily. I have a Japanese-style floor bed which I can bring to a clients home or sleep at my home and visit during the day. The dog is welcome to sleep on his favorite bed with me or with me nearby, or in a crate or dog bed if preferred.

Devin was AWESOME and this was my first time using Rover. I was extremely hesitant, being I have never left my little girl with a stranger before. He was great with my 7yo pitty and took THE BEST care of her with constant loves, updates, and runs. Would absolutely use him again, thanks Devin!
Devin was amazing! As a first time Rover user I was a bit worried, so Devin was nice enough to allow a quick meet and greet before leaving Bowser over the weekend. He showed us around his big backyard and pretty much laid out his routines for the day and how he'd keep Bowser involved. He sent me daily updates and pics, which were much appreciated. Devin kept Bowser very active but most importantly he kept him safe. I will definitely be coming back to Devin for future dog sitting occasions! Very pleased and satisfied with the service :)
Super friendly, took great care of Snake. Gave him his needed medication on time. Will use him again.

Schedule
I'm like a golden retriever, so dogs fit right in to 3 daily walks, training, anxiety relieving white noise, and companionship throughout the day. I visit the park daily in the morning, and I keep a regular schedule with early rising.
