Availability
Currently Devin works remotely while Alexis works full time in Charleston. We have plenty of time throughout the day to care for our client's pets. We prefer to personalize the experience we provide by learning from the owners about their home environment and routines. Some situations will be taken case by case depending on your pet's needs and to accommodate clients who are booked during the same dates. If you want your pet(s) to be boarded alone we appreciate 1 weeks notice ahead of time.

For boarding clients, our apartment is a 2 bedroom townhouse with 2 levels separating the living space (keep this in mind when boarding elderly pets). Our apartment is 800 Grant St. It is on the corner of Grant St and Park Ave. Red brick building with white door. We pride ourselves in a grounded and professional service which prioritizes safety. We guarantee that our personal pets and other client pets will not come into contact with yours unless okayed by you during the preliminary Meet & Greet.

A typical day
We plan on learning the ins-and-outs of your pet's routine as to make them as comfortable as possible during their stay with us. During boarding we guarantee to walk dogs and play with cats at least 30 minutes a day as a minimum. If further walks are needed to accommodate your pet's energy level that can be discussed. We believe every pet deserves enrichment and devote ourselves to a standard of quality for our services. Of course, enrichment types can change depending on the pet's needs.

(depends on service booked) Consistent Customer Discount: After your first order, if you continue to use our services we will offer a 10% discount on future orders Holiday Rates are the base rate +10% We have experience with immunocompromised pets and will accommodate pets with special dietary needs. We have experience with reactive dogs and pay great attention to detail during social interactions. We keep and eye out for triggers and redirect focus and energy away from the trigger ASAP. We accommodate a variety of behaviors to best protect all animals involved.
