About Devena
Aloha! My name is Devena. I have a semi-active lifestyle. I have two beautiful children ages 8-10. I began offering my pet care services through Rover this year of 2022. Previously, I have gained experience pet sitting / house visits and dog walking for my friends and the military community. I live in safe community that has a dog park across the street from my house. My nice quiet neighborhood is great for walks. At the moment, I do not have any pets but I do love having the opportunity through Rover. I mostly do this for fun and supplemental income on my free time, so I am flexible on cost and cancellation. Your pets’ safety and happiness is paramount. I aim to create a stress free and fun environment for everyone. Feel free to reach out anytime. I am a quick responder to all forms of communication. I wss blessed enough to have chosen Devena and her family to watch over our dog for a week. Easy to communicate with and I could tell that our dog was very comfortable and happy with them. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend 🤙🏽
Devena gave our dog Penny excellent care while we were away. Her and her daughter went above and beyond to make sure Penny was taken care of. She took Penny to dog parks, walks, and sent pictures and videos while were gone. It made us feel so at ease and we appreciate her familys efforts. We would definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone dependable and someone who loves dogs. Thank you Devena and family!

Great family that took good care of my dog.
Devena cared for my boys (two large German shepherds) just as I would, and got them back into a routine to help them readjust after traveling to Hawaii. We had just moved here and were staying in a high rise hotel downtown, and it stressed the dogs out just to go out to do their business because they had never been exposed to a city environment with all the noise, traffic, crowds and pigeons. She cared for them for over a month til we got settled in our house & gave me updates often, I cannot recommend her enough!!

Schedule
I work full-time from 10pm-6am. So it’s a unique work schedule which allows me to be home majority of the day. Whether they are over for daycare or I am doing house visits, I can do my best to adapt my routine to their needs.

Your pup’s trust and comfort is the important thing to me. I will do my best to follow their regular routine so they feel comfortable and familiar.
A typical day
We have so much parks near us and will drive to dog parks around the corner from our house. The playtime is endless! I have a small tub of toys that were kept/bought to do having frequent fur babies around. They’ll endure lots of sniffles and loves.
