I grew up with a dog (Spitz), and I have volunteered with the Seattle Animal Shelter, where I walked dogs as well as assisted/cared for dogs with special needs. I have worked with multiple breeds, including huskies, pitbulls, dobermans, and dalmatians. I enjoy training pups and teaching basic dog skills (and more, if needed).

Deven was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first time having someone stay at our house with Wallace, and I was a bit nervous however Deven took such great care both of our home and our pup. We would definitely be booking Deven again in the future! He communicated well, kept us updated on how things were going with Wallace was very thorough with his questions in advance and left everything in great condition.
Deven is great. He is so responsive and attentive to detail. My cat was so happy to get dedicated cuddles while I was away.

Deven was great -- very responsive and prompt. We needed urgent coverage for our puppy due to him needing 24/7 from surgery and once we met with Deven, we felt very comfortable and sensed he was responsible and trustworthy. I can accommodate most last-minute requests as I work from home with an extremely flexible schedule. I live near the waterfront and a dog park.

I have a balcony with a real grass patch for use in addition to dedicated potty-breaks and walks (at least 4 outings a day). For client visits, I follow instructions on custom feeding, medication and extra love. Always happy to send you photos of your baby to keep you updated on their activities! I am also independently insured.
A typical day
All dogs are different, and I would try and provide a customized experience wherever possible. I like playing games with them, petting them, or giving them their space as needed. I generally have some kind of music playing in the background. I live near the waterfront and a dog park, so outings will occur multiple times in a day. I take multiple pictures throughout the day, which are available to the parent. Video calls are also possible.

- I would like to be briefed on all relevant aspects, starting with any medication, allergies, known issues, likes, dislikes, and things that startle them. I would like 2 contact numbers if possible, and if applicable their doctor information. I live in a carpeted apartment with pet access to couches, so doggies staying over will need to be clean. I will be washing/wiping their paws after each outing. Any special treats? If your pet is reactive to humans, then I am sorry, but I will not be able to care for them.
