My husband and I hired this sitter for twice-daily cat visits over the holidays. While the initial visit went fine, the remainder of the booking was disappointing. Visits were repeatedly late, including a day when our cats were not fed until mid-afternoon (during a brief 3-minute visit); the next visit did not occur until after midnight. After following up with her regarding her tardiness, we were told she was an hour away visiting family and “pressed for time”. She later claimed she believed she had broken her arm but delayed medical care, yet continued the booking without arranging a backup sitter through Rover. She also asked if her boyfriend could come with her to our home, which we found unprofessional. Given the questionable reliability, we did not feel our cats were receiving the level of care we normally expect from a sitter. As a result, we cut our trip short, returned home early and arranged emergency backup care. Our cats were clearly stressed when we returned, which has never happened with previous sitters. This experience caused us significant worry and disruption. We would not book this sitter again and would caution others who need dependable pet care.

Deven is absolutely amazing! She cared for my cats as if they were their own—attentive, loving, and incredibly reliable. I felt completely at ease knowing my babies were in such good hands. She kept me updated with photos and messages, which added to the quality of care. When I came home, my cats were happy, and my home was just as I left it. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter and would recommend Deven to anyone who wants peace of mind and truly outstanding care for their pets! I’ll definitely be using her again in the future!
