First and last time using this Boarder. At drop off I requested pictures and videos for my comfort since I never worked with them. A full day later I received one picture of my dog just laying there when normally he's running around especially when there are other dogs and kids around. I asked if he was OK and if they could send a video and he simply responded he's fine. Another full day goes by and I ask for a video again after not receiving anything and he informed me he was at work and left my dog by himself. Finally another person sent a video later and my dog is stretching meaning he was placed in a crate. I finally picked up my dog and his name tag was ripped from his neck which my dog can't reach himself. I asked the boarder and he said the kids and dogs could have done it. I'm not ok with kids or dogs pulling on my dogs neck and you not stopping it. There was not even an apology or offer to replace it. Lastly as soon as I picked up my dog, he ran out and pooped immediately so he obviously wasn't let out to use the restroom.

I give them 100 stars they are the best they’re good with dogs. My dog is great with other dogs. They’re right around the corner from my house. They’re the best I will be coming back and I also asked them if my dog allowed to come back and they told me yes ,Great communication great people
