Dog Lover Grandma at Your Service!
I have always loved animals - and dogs are at the very top of that list! I personally have raised three dogs since 1998 (a fiery little toy poodle, Tokinho; a beyond charming chow/lab mix, Sylvester; and the loyalest German Shepherd, Pascha). As a stay at home mom to quickly growing children, I spent my days caring and loving on each of my animals with the utmost devotion and tenderness. Once each of my three dogs passed away, the grief was pretty overwhelming and I haven't been able to bring myself to get another pup of my own. However, my love for dogs hasn't changed one bit! I enjoy getting time with my grandpups/family dogs - Teddy, Oakley, Dutch, Tullah, and Blackie - and am eager to be back around dogs often by offering dog sitting and dog walking services. I've never owned a cat but like I mentioned, I love all animals (with the stark exception of snakes. NO THANK YOU!). I would be more than open to house sitting for a cat and confident I would do a great job!

Pete was so well cared for! Devania R. came twice a day, made sure our pup was happy and comfortable, and even sent us pictures with each visit. The updates gave us so much peace of mind, and it was clear our dog was in great hands. We’re so grateful and would definitely book with Devania R. again!
Devania was excellent with our Oscar. she gave daily updates on what they were doing and sent pictures as well. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our little guy. Definite 5 star! Thanks Devania!

Schedule
My schedule is entirely flexible! I'm not working outside the home, so I'm able to dog walk and dog sit with a lot of ease and flexibility.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety and wellbeing is of utmost concern to me. I will never leave them unattended outdoors (even in a fenced yard) or walk them off leash. I will follow whatever directions you have for me to the letter of the law to make sure your pet is as well cared for as possible. And I'm, of course, so happy to send pictures and updates of your little love as frequently as you'd like.
A typical day
I enjoy walking and exploring so will take your pup(s) on as long of a walk as they would like. I'm very familiar with the parks in the Buford/Suwanee area if you'd like me to walk them somewhere other than your neighborhood. If they like playing with toys, I'm always down to throw a ball or play tug-a-war. This goes without saying, but any time I spend with them will be filled with copious amounts of attention and pets to whatever their comfort level is.
