I have 2 small girls Diamond and Jade who were absolutely spoiled at Deszabia’s home and I couldn’t be happier. They played with her sweet babies and got plenty of cuddles. 🥰 I couldn’t be happier with their care. I’m so glad that I’ve now found someone to watch them when I have to travel. Thank you so much, Deszabia 💕

Deszabia was great at keeping my dogs during the long boarding stay. I was away for more than a few days and she sent pictures everyday more than once. They always seemed happy and when I brought them home they were healthy and happy. I would use Deszabia for boarding again.

Kaizer was very happy at Deszabia’s house.

Deszabia was an EXCELLENT host for my baby girl who was anxious but quickly warmed up to her. I would highly recommend and I would absolutely book again.

I’ll give the sitter 2 stars because the first time she watched my dog, there were no issues the first time. The second time she watched my dog, there were no problems until I went to pick him up. I asked her the day before if I could pick my dog up at 7:30 am in the morning. She said it was fine. When I woke up, I saw a text that I received at 4am, asking if I could come later because she would be asleep. Since I had to get on the road to go back to school which is in a different state, I had no choice to come and get my dog, as she confirmed it was okay already. When I got there, I rang the doorbell and there was no answer. I started to panic after ring the doorbell for a total time of 40 min straight, which included knocking and banging. She also has 2 or 3 other dogs, so there were 4 dogs, including mine, that were barking non stop in addition to the doorbell being rang multiple times. I had no idea what was going on. She finally texted me after 40 min and asked me to meet her at the leasing office so she could bring my dog. I have used rover many times, but I’ve never worried as much as I have with rover until today. I will not be bringing my dog back to this sitter.

After communicating back and forth, booking, and confirming the drop off time, Deszabia didn’t answer the door when I went to drop off my cat. I had to find another sitter at the last minute before my flight which was inconvenient for me location-wise and costed more money. Not sure if there was some kind of emergency, but there was never any explanation.
